during my recent stay, I appreciated how close the hotel was to both Emerson Park and the beautiful Dow Gardens, made for lovely walks and explorations, while the comfortable king suite with full kitchen gave me the perfect home base for my weekend adventures.

The pool was a great bonus for our group after a long day of activities, and the clean, modern facilities made relaxation easy.

Nice building, great and perfect location just off Dahlia Hill, the farmer's market, the Tridge and Dahlia Hill, and the Midland Mall, away from downtown. Top-notch and reasonably large rooms with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, for instance.

The king suite felt spacious, with a full kitchen. The layout was excellent. I loved that the indoor pool was warm and clean, perfect for a relaxing evening. The fitness center was very modern with machines that included their own TVs. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a good variety from eggs to waffles, and the staff, like Susie, were attentive and helpful. I appreciated the outdoor patio with a fire pit. It was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings. The sofa in the room felt a bit worn and could use an update. Still, that didn't overshadow the overall experience, and I'd return.

The updated fitness center impressed me with its array of machines, each equipped with its own TV. The pool area provided an enjoyable spot to unwind after a busy day, although I felt that the sofa's condition could be improved a bit for overall comfort during my visit.

The breakfast options, while varied, often suffer from slow replenishment, leading to basic items like eggs and coffee running low during peak hours. The sofas in the rooms showed wear, which could impact comfort during longer stays. I noticed a minor housekeeping oversight on the first day, requiring follow-ups to address, though it was resolved promptly.
